Why Hopefeld Exists
Life can be full of family, responsibilities, and days that pass more quickly than we expect. Yet beneath it all, we need something deeper.
We need God.
Hopefeld comes from hope + feld, the German word for field. The name is rooted in my heritage and in the farmland where I grew up. Field was life. It was provision, but also beauty, family, work, and play.
Hope was planted in me through my parents, church, Bible stories, and later through deeper study of God’s Word. I want to share the hope we have in God, His love, His gift of Jesus Christ, and the promise of eternal life.
Psalm 71 says, “But I will hope continually… My mouth will tell of your righteous acts, of your deeds of salvation all the day.”
Just like a quiet field, Hopefeld offers invitations to linger with Scripture, pray, reflect, and grow in faith, so that knowing God shapes not only what we believe, but how we live.
My prayer for Hopefeld is simple: that the resources I create may help someone find God, know Him more deeply, grow closer to Him, and carry the hope of the Gospel into everyday life.

Dear Lord, teach me to trust You with what I cannot carry alone. Restore what has started to fade.
